公共课教学部承担集团《大学语文》《高等数学》《高职英语》《应用文写作》《普通话》《中华传统文化》《美育》《创新创业》《职业发展与就业指导》《心理健康》等基础课程，以及《劳动教育》《国家安全教育》等理论与实践结合课程的教学。教学部现有专、兼任教学管理人员96人，其中教授2人，副教授45人，讲师20人，助教28人。专任教师全部具备本科及以上学历，其中37人具备硕士学历或学位。教学部设立有文科、理科、英语及美育综合4个教研室，有序开展公共课程教学与教研活动。
The Public Course Teaching Department undertakes the teaching of basic courses such as College Chinese, Higher Mathematics,Vocational English, Practical Writing, mandarin, Chinese Traditional Culture, Aesthetic Education, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Career Development and Employment Guidance, Mental Health and other theoretical and practical courses such as Labor Education and National Security Education. The teaching department has 96 full-time and part-time teaching managers, including 2 professors, 45 associate professors, 20 lecturers and 28 teaching assistants. All full-time teachers have bachelor's degree or above, of which 37 have master's degree. The teaching department has four Teaching and Research Sections of Liberal Arts, Science, English and Aesthetic Education to carry out curriculum teaching and research activities.
教学部秉承“教学是中心、教研是基础、管理是保障”的宗旨，面对高职教育发展的新形势、新任务，专兼任教师认真学习并积极践行高职教育的新理念、新思路、新方法，探索高职教育的教学模式和改革策略，不断提高教学水平和专业素质。通过教师教学能力竞赛、指导学生参加中华经典诵写讲、职业英语等各类技能竞赛，以及各种职业素养类竞赛活动，实现“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改”。近年来，教学部组织教师通过国培、省培项目和“世行项目”多次参加积极教学法等形式多样的教学能力提升培训，积极参与多项省级、市厅级教科研课题，发表多篇国家级、省部级基础教育教学专业论文。教学部致力于通过竞赛活动和学习培训加强教学研究，打造一支思想进步、作风优良、业务过硬、团结协作、具有一定高职特色的基础教育教师队伍。
The teaching department adheres to the tenet of "Teaching is the Center, Teaching and Research is the Foundation, Management is the Guarantee". Facing the new situations and new tasks of the development of higher vocational education, all the teachers seriously study and actively practice the new concepts, new ideas and new methods of higher vocational education, explore the teaching mode and reform strategy of education, and constantly improve the teaching level and professional quality. Through the competition of teaching ability for teachers, the guidance for students to participate in various skills competitions such as Chinese Classic Recitation, Writing and Speaking, Professional English, and various competitions of professional quality, we can realize "Competition promotes Teaching, Learning and Reforming". In recent years, our department has organized teachers to participate in various forms of teaching ability improvement training such as Active Teaching Methods through kinds of training projects and "World Bank Loan Project". Our staff actively participated in a number of provincial and municipal research projects about teaching and science, and published a number of national, provincial and ministerial basic professional papers about education. Our department is committed to strengthening teaching research through competitions, learning and training, and building a team of basic educational teachers with advanced ideas, excellent style, high-quality professional proficiency, unity and cooperation and higher vocational characteristics.
教学部在集团语言文字工作委员会、美育工作领导小组指导以及相关部门的配合下,依托普通话智能语音测试站、数字书法实训室，落实语言文字、美育工作等活动。普通话智能语音测试站对接国家普通话水平测试信息采集系统，承担国家通用语言文字的测试以及语言文字活动推广、会议培训、研究应用调查、区域合作交流等工作；数字书法实训室通过相应的专业培训与使用实践，完善书法教学的规范性和应用性以及优秀书法作品的陈列展示、研学交流，实现书法教育的推广普及，服务于优秀传统文化教育教学。
Under the guidance of the Language and Writing Committee of the College, the leading of Aesthetic Education and the cooperation of relevant departments, the teaching department implements language and writing, aesthetic education and other activities relying on the Mandarin Intelligent Voice Test Station and the Digital Calligraphy Training Room. The Mandarin Intelligent Voice Test Station connects with the National Mandarin Level Test Information Collection System, and undertakes the testing of national common language, the promotion of language and character activities, conference training, research and application investigation, regional cooperation and exchange, etc; Through corresponding professional training and usage practice, the Digital Calligraphy Training Room improves the standardization and application of calligraphy teaching, as well as the display, research and exchange of excellent calligraphy works, so as to realize the popularization of calligraphy education and serve the education and teaching of excellent traditional culture.
