经甘肃省语委批准，我院普通话智能语音测试站于2019年5月成立。按照省测试中心的建站标准要求，在实训楼建有专业的普通话智能语音测试候考室1间和标准考试室1间，总面积60平方米。配备升级版的国家普通话测试防作弊系统，无缝对接国家普通话水平测试信息采集系统。设备包括全新18台专用惠普学生普通话测试机，2台教师用机，二代身份证识别器，指纹传感器，照片采集系统（讯飞启明），通过软硬件结合的方式支持二代身份证自动识别，具备照片采集、指纹采集、抽签等功能；与国家普通话智能测试系统对接，实现考生通过指纹登录考试系统。有专业的普通话测试员9名，可充分发挥普通话培训测试、语言文字工作支撑、合作交流等方面的作用。
Approved by the Gansu Provincial Language Commission, the standard Chinese pronunciation Intelligent Test Station of our college was established in May 2019. In accordance with the requirements of the provincial testing center construction standards, there are one professional test waiting room and one standard testing room in the training building, with a total area of 60 square meters. The station is equipped with an upgraded version of anti-cheating system for the national standard Chinese pronunciation test , which seamlessly connects to the national standard Chinese pronunciation test information collection system. The equipment includes new 18 HP student Chinese pronunciation intelligent testing machines, two teachers' operating computers, second-generation ID card recognizer, fingerprint sensor and photo acquisition system(Morning Star Technology. Co, ltd). Through the combination of software and hardware, it supports automatic identification of the second-generation ID cards, with functions such as photo collection, fingerprint collection, and drawing lots ; it is connected with the national Chinese pronunciation intelligent test system to enable candidates to log in to the test system through fingerprints. There are 9 professional testing teachers, who can give full play to the role of Chinese pronunciation intelligent training and testing, language testing work support, cooperation and communication.
测试站挂靠公共课教学部，下设普通话水平测试办公室，负责具体工作。测试对象主要是全院学生，学生达到二级乙等水平即可以取得普通话水平测试合格证书。在开展正常的国家普通话测试工作外，还组织专业的师资力量致力于积极开展宣传推广国家通用语言文字，深入实施中华经典诵读工程，开展丰富多彩的经典诵、写、讲实践活动，加强语言文字和中华经典的研究阐释、教育传承及创新传播，致力于完成国家和省级语言文字工作部门交办或委托的语言文字应用的研究、积极推广普通话、加强与当地语言文字宣传与推广合作交流等任务。
The test station is attached to the Public Courses Teaching Department and has a Chinese Pronunciation Proficiency Test Office, which is responsible for specific tasks. The test is open to all students in college, and students whose score reaches the second-level B level can obtain a certificate of passing the Chinese Pronunciation Proficiency Test. In addition to the routine national test work, the professional testing teachers are also organized to actively promote the national standard language, deeply implement the Project of Reading Chinese Classics, carry out rich and colorful practical activities of reading, writing and speaking, and strengthen the research, interpretation, educational inheritance and innovative communication of Chinese language and Classics. It is committed to completing the research on the application of Chinese language and characters assigned or entrusted by the national and provincial language and character research departments, actively promoting standard Chinese, and strengthening the publicity, promotion, cooperation and exchange with local language and characters.
